Free Trial Period

At least one variation of a subscription product or service includes a 7-day free trial period from the date of subscription activation.

  • During the free trial, you have full access to all subscription features
  • No charges are applied during the trial period
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time during the free trial without any charges

After Trial Period

No refunds are provided for subscription services after the 7-day free trial period.

  • Once the trial period ends and billing begins, all charges are final
  • Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
    • - Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the service
    • - Technical issues or compatibility problems
    • - Inability to use the service due to user error
    • - Account suspension or termination

3. One-Time Purchases

7-Day Refund Window

For one-time purchases, you may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • Valid reasons for refund requests include but are not limited to:

After 7 Days

No refunds are provided for one-time purchases after the 7-day refund window.

  • All sales are final after 7 days from the purchase date

    • - Loss of access to the purchased software
    • - System changes or upgrades
    • - Inability to use the software due to user error

License Deactivation: Upon refund approval, your license key will be deactivated
