See where the space went.
On this machine, or that server.
Space Wizard measures a drive folder by folder and shows you the one that quietly ate 80 GB. Point it at a local disk, or at any host you can reach over SFTP, FTPS or FTP — and clear the duplicates it finds while you're there.
Windows · macOS · Linux — free tier scans up to 100 GB per pass
Bars or a donut. Whichever you read faster.
Every folder is drawn at the size it actually occupies — subfolders included — so the worst offender is simply the biggest thing on screen. Open it and the chart follows you down a level. Same scan, two ways to read it.
Measured, not estimated
Folder totals are the sum of every file underneath, streamed in as the walk progresses — you can start reading the answer before the scan finishes.
Honest about what it can't see
Folders Windows refuses to open are counted and reported, with a one-click restart as Administrator — no silently smaller number.
Cloud folders skipped by default
OneDrive, Dropbox, iCloud, Google Drive, Box, pCloud and MEGA are excluded automatically: their placeholders aren't real local bytes, and scanning them can pull the files down for real.
The full-disk server, without the SSH session.
Save a connection once and a remote filesystem behaves exactly like a local drive: mounts listed, folders measured, duplicates found, files deleted. On a host with a shell, one find pass streams the whole tree back in a single round trip.
- SFTP, FTPS or plain FTP — or let it dial each one and keep whichever answers
- Password, private key or SSH agent authentication
- Duplicate hashing runs on the remote host: kilobytes of output cross the wire, not gigabytes of file
- 1–16 parallel connections per host, so a slow link is a setting rather than a wall
Where the space went, and how to get it back.
The usage breakdown, the remote-host engine, the duplicate check, and the technical reference — in one place.
Free is a real tool, not a demo.
The free tier scans your home drive with everything switched on — usage breakdown, duplicate detection, remote hosts — up to 100 GB per pass. Pro removes the cap and opens every other drive on the machine. Two tiers, no feature maze.
