QR mini-sites for bars, hotels & clubs

# Print the QR once. Run the venue from your phone.

A signed QR on every table opens a live, branded mini-site — your menu, hours and house rules. Guests browse and tap to call a waiter or ask for the bill; you change prices and availability mid-service, no app to download on either side.

01 The scan

## A signed QR for every table, room and sunbed.

Each code carries its own signature and points at one exact spot. Scan it and the guest lands on your branded mini-site, already at “Table 12.” Reprint a faded code whenever — the old one still works, quietly resolving up to the room, the floor, or the venue, so a guest never hits a dead end.

- Own subdomain: yourbar.silverqr.com
- Regenerate & reprint any code on demand
- Stale printouts bubble up, never error
- Print-ready PDFs, labelled per spot

02 Service requests

## A raised hand, without the raised hand.

Guests tap to call a waiter, ask for the bill, or leave a note — right from the menu they scanned into. Each request arrives on your staff dashboard tagged to the exact table or room, so nobody waves across a crowded terrace.

- Call waiter · bill · free-text note
- Tagged to the spot they scanned
- Lands on the staff requests board
- Mark it acknowledged or done

03 Protected mini-sites

## Some rooms aren’t for everyone.

Flip a venue to _protected_and its mini-site goes dark to the public. The printed QR becomes the key — scanning it is what lets you in. Or whitelist specific guests who sign in. Everyone else just lands on the homepage, as if the venue was never there. Perfect for members’ lounges, private events and VIP floors.

- The QR code is the invite — scan to unlock
- Whitelist named guests by email
- No valid key? The venue stays invisible
- Flip public ↔ protected any time

04 More than a menu

## One dashboard behind every table.

### Your brand, its own address

Every venue is a white-label mini-site at yourbar.silverqr.com — logo, colours, photos, hours — in a theme you pick and arrange.

### Rules that run themselves

“No coffee after 18:00.” Say it once; availability flips off at 18:00 and back on at 08:00, every day, in the venue’s timezone.

### Change it live, in two taps

Keg kicked, machine died? Flip “sold out” or fix a price from your phone mid-service, and the next scan shows it.

### Staff see only their turf

Managers run a location, a head waiter edits one terrace. Ranked roles, custom sub-roles and an audit trail keep it tidy.

## Pairs with Patronage reservations.

When a Patronage reservation is confirmed, the guest can get their table’s SilverQR menu link ahead of time — so the menu is already in hand before they sit down.

05 Early access

## Free while we build it out.

SilverQR is an early-access MVP — live menus, service requests and protected venues work today, with ordering and payments on the roadmap. Bring one venue or a hundred and help shape where it goes next.

01

### Set up

Map your venue, build the menu, print the labelled QR sheets — live in an afternoon.

02

### Go live

Guests scan into a branded menu and can call a waiter or ask for the bill. You edit prices and stock in two taps.

03

### Lock it down

Make any venue invite-only, whitelist your regulars, and give staff exactly the reach they need.

### Put a QR code on the table. See what happens.
