No uploads. No surprises. OfficeBrief doesn't upload and doesn't report on you. Out of the box it is a plain, fast, predictable tool that does exactly what you tell it, the same way every time — and the one place AI comes in, an optional scanner for difficult pages, runs on your own machine. Pull the network cable and it works just the same. ### Works with the internet off Every job runs on your own machine. It only goes online to fetch what you ask for: an OCR language the first time you use it, and the AI scanner if you turn it on. ### Nothing to explain to compliance Files never leave your infrastructure. HIPAA and GDPR fit by architecture, not by promise. ### Predictable, every time Plain substring search, real conversions, exact renames. The AI scanner is optional and stays off until you choose it.
