If you hesitated, this was built for you. If you shrugged, it probably was not — and we would rather say so on this page than three meetings from now.

### Built for

- Law firms & in-house counsel

  Privilege does not survive an upload.
- Accountants & auditors

  Client books, kept off the internet entirely.
- Clinics & medical practices

  Patient records that cannot leave the building.
- Patent & IP firms

  Disclose an invention once and it stops being one.
- Finance, M&A & insurance

  Deal data, positions and client portfolios.
- Government, defence & regulated industry

  Where “no cloud” is the law, not a preference.

The person who signs is usually whoever owns the risk — a general counsel, a compliance officer, an IT security lead — rather than the person who will use it every day.

### Probably not for you if

- You would happily paste that same document into ChatGPT.

  Then use it. It is cheaper, and we would be lying to tell you otherwise.
- An EU-hosted cloud under a contract is fine for your firm.

  Langdock, Dust or Mistral include the model for about €25 a seat. That may be all you need.
- You want it on a phone or in a browser tab.

  This is desktop software, deliberately. It runs where your files already are.
- You want a chatbot for your public website.

  Wrong shape. This one works on your own documents, for your own staff.
- You just want to run a local model and tinker.

  LM Studio, Jan and Ollama are free and genuinely good at that.
- You need it on a hundred PCs by next week.

  There is no MSI or Intune package yet; during the beta each PC is set up on its own.
