### GDPR: no processor to manage

Run locally, prompts, documents and history stay on your infrastructure, so there is no data processing agreement to negotiate with us. You remain the controller of what you process with it — HR and recruitment uses still need your own impact assessment.

### Inside your own network

The Government licence runs the same application with its admin console on one of your own machines, inside your network — fleet-wide policy and audit with nothing in a vendor cloud. Once activated, it runs with no internet connection.

### Honest about high-risk uses

Judiciary, HR and recruitment are high-risk uses under the EU AI Act. Their workspaces carry a notice that cannot be switched off, keep every decision with a person, and run their practice tools through the ordinary chat so each request lands in the record. The clinical workspaces are for documentation and administration — not for diagnosis, triage or treatment decisions.
