They are diagrams, not screenshots; numbers in them are examples. - ### Workbooks with live formulas Real .xlsx files whose figures are formulas you can follow and change, not pasted numbers. Spreadsheet sketch with the formula =B2\*12: Item Month Year; Rent 1,200 14,400; Power 150 1,800. - ### Charts Charts drawn from the data, inside the workbook or the document. Diagram: A chart drawn from the data (example figures). - ### Word documents Real .docx files: letters, reports, summaries and forms. Diagram: One request leads to Letter, Report, Summary. - ### Slide decks you approve Every slide is previewed first, and you keep or reject each one before the .pptx is written. For your IT team: Python on Pyodide (WebAssembly): openpyxl, XlsxWriter, python-docx, python-pptx, matplotlib, pandas. Diagram: The build script runs in a sandbox: the finished file comes out; the rest of your computer is out of its reach. - ### Built a piece at a time A skeleton first, then each sheet or section in turn, which is far more reliable than one giant attempt. Timeline (One piece per step): Skeleton, Sheet 1, Sheet 2, Sheet 3. - ### Checked before you get it Every workbook is re-opened and checked by code for missing sheets, error cells, leftover placeholders, formulas that point at sheets that do not exist, and circular references. Diagram: Checks run on every workbook: sheets present, no error cells, no placeholders, no formulas pointing at missing sheets, no circular references. - ### It fixes what it finds Problems go back to be repaired before the file is handed over. You can ask to see each repair as a diff. Diagram: Build → Check, then back to the start (repair). - ### Edits what you already have Existing workbooks are opened and changed in place, never rebuilt from scratch. Word documents get find-and-replace that keeps their formatting. Diagram: Your workbook → Change in place → Same file. - ### Reads files back It opens workbooks (.xlsx, .xls, .csv, .ods) and Word files to check figures and wording. Diagram: File → Cells + formulas → Figures checked. - ### In your working folder Everything lands in one folder you choose.
