## Messaging bridges, feature by feature

Each comes with a small drawing of how it works. They are diagrams, not screenshots; numbers in them are examples.

- ### Slack

  Answer messages in your workspace.

Diagram: Slack message → Assistant → Reply.
- ### Telegram

  Answer through a Telegram bot.

Diagram: Telegram bot → Assistant → Reply.
- ### WhatsApp Business

Answer customers on your business number.

Diagram: Customer → WhatsApp Business → Reply.
- ### Instagram

Answer direct messages, reply to post and story mentions, and schedule posts: images, videos, reels and stories.

Diagram: Instagram leads to Direct messages, Mentions, Scheduled posts.
- ### Auto-reply rules

Match any message, one that contains or starts with a phrase, or a pattern, and reply with fixed text or with what a workflow produces. A default reply catches the rest.

Diagram: Message, then “Contains “price”?”: yes, Price reply; no, Default reply.
- ### A workflow for every message

Run a chosen workflow on each incoming message.

Diagram: Message → Workflow → Reply.
- ### Status at a glance

Each bridge shows whether it is connected and how many messages it has handled.

Diagram: Example: each bridge's status and message count.
- ### Allowed by IT

On a managed desk, the administrator decides which bridges may be added.

Diagram: New bridge, then “IT allows?”: yes, Added; no, Not offered.
