They are diagrams, not screenshots; numbers in them are examples. - ### Topic clusters, named for you Documents are grouped by meaning on your computer, each group is given a name by the model, and related groups are linked. Diagram of links: Contracts – Leases, Contracts – Invoices, Invoices – Payroll, Payroll – HR. - ### A topic cloud The subjects that come up most, sized by how often. Diagram: lease, payment, notice, deposit, renewal, tenant. - ### A timeline Your documents by year, from the dates inside them. Timeline (Documents by year): 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025. - ### Who appears together The people and organisations named in the same sources, as a network. Diagram of links: Ana – Acme Ltd, Acme Ltd – Marko, Acme Ltd – Bank. - ### Who mentions whom Which documents mention or cite which people, organisations and references. Diagram of links: NDA.pdf – Acme Ltd, Lease.docx – Acme Ltd, Lease.docx – Ana. - ### Search follows the links The same connections feed search, so it brings in related documents a plain search would miss. Diagram: A match → Follow its links → Related files. - ### Why a passage ranked A retrieval view shows the scores behind each result, for checking the search itself. Diagram: Example scores behind one result: meaning 0.81, words 0.55, ranking model 0.92. - ### Export it Save any view as a picture or as data. Diagram: Picture (.png), Data (.json). - ### Redraw on demand Re-run the grouping from a button, or as a step in a workflow. Diagram: Button or workflow → Regroup → New map.
