## Files it reads, feature by feature

Each comes with a small drawing of how it works. They are diagrams, not screenshots; numbers in them are examples.

- ### PDF, scans included

  Text is read directly. Scanned and photographed pages are read by the vision model you already run, with no separate recognition program.

  Diagram: PDF page leads to Text layer: read, Scan: vision model.
- ### Word

  .docx, and older .doc files.

  Diagram: .docx / .doc → Text read → Indexed.
- ### Excel and CSV

  .xlsx, .xls and .csv, cells and formulas both.

  Spreadsheet sketch with the formula =SUM(B2:B3): Item Cost; Rent 1,200; Power 2,250; Total 3,450.
- ### PowerPoint

  .pptx decks, slide by slide.

  Timeline (Read slide by slide): Slide 1, Slide 2, Slide 3, Slide 4.

  Saved messages and mailboxes: .eml, Outlook .msg and .mbox.

  Diagram: .eml and .msg (Outlook) and .mbox come together as Searchable mail.
