Privatta's free version also runs with everything in Pro for its first 14 days. Pro removes a limit; it is the same program. - **Do I have to subscribe?** — No. DuplicateDuster, VoiceMe, Stream ReRuns and Space Wizard are a single payment of €20, VAT included, and the licence does not expire. Privatta Pro is a subscription you can cancel at any time. - **What happens after I pay?** — Paddle, our reseller, takes the payment and sends the receipt. Our server issues the licence straight away: the key arrives by email and is also in your account on this website. Enter it in the program and the limit comes off. - **Can I get my money back?** — Yes. A first purchase is refundable within 14 days. In the EU, EEA and UK your statutory right of withdrawal applies as well. - **Is VAT included?** — The one-time prices include it: €20 is what you pay.
