# SilverQR: One Venue Free, Then One Flat Price for All of Them

silverqr hospitality release-notes

**TL;DR —**SilverQR is the live menu behind the code on the table. Guests scan it to read the menu with the 14 EU allergens, call a waiter, ask for the bill, order or book; you change it from your phone mid-service. One venue is free with no end date. Pro is €29 a month flat, excluding VAT, for unlimited venues, and adds orders to staff, bookings, invite-only venues and messages. SilverQR never takes a payment or a commission.

SilverQR is the menu behind the code on the table — or the room, the sunbed, the cabana. A guest scans it and the venue's own branded page opens, tagged to the exact spot they are sitting in. They read the menu, call a waiter, ask for the bill; you change prices and mark things sold out from your phone while they are looking. Nobody installs an app to eat lunch.

Here is where it stands today.

## What a guest gets

- **The menu, live.** Prices and availability change the moment you change them.
- **The 14 EU allergens and dietary tags** on every item, in eight languages. A guest can filter the menu by their own allergies, and that filter stays on their phone — an allergy is health data, and the strongest privacy is not to hold it at all.
- **A service bell.** Call a waiter, ask for the bill, leave a note. Each request lands on the staff board tagged to the table or room.
- **No app,** and no dead ends: an old printed code resolves to the nearest place it still belongs to instead of an error page.

## What Pro adds

Pro is for running the business through the page:

- **Orders to your staff.** A guest builds a basket from the menu and sends it to your board, tagged to the table and priced from your catalogue. SilverQR takes no payment and no commission — you are paid exactly as you are today.
- **Bookings,** with confirmations and reminders.
- **Invite-only venues,** for a lounge or a private event: in by scan, by scan plus a passcode, or by e-mail address on a list. Everyone else is quietly sent elsewhere.
- **Messages to management.**

## One price, however many venues

**One venue is free, with no end date** — the menu, allergens, the service bell, ratings, every theme, every language, automation and analytics. **Pro is €29 a month, flat, excluding VAT, for unlimited venues and brands.** Opening a second bar or a fifth hotel does not change the invoice. There is no setup fee, no per-table fee, no commission and no fee per order.

Every new workspace starts with 14 days of Pro and no card, and any payment is refundable within 14 days. If you stop paying, your venues stay up and keep serving guests.

## Where to start

SilverQR is self-serve: map the place, build the menu, print the sheets. [Create a free venue at silverqr.com](https://silverqr.com/dashboard/register), or read more on the [SilverQR page](https://royalsoftworks.com/products/silverqr/).

## Frequently asked questions

Is SilverQR free?

One venue is free with no end date: the menu, allergen information, availability, the service bell, ratings, the printed codes, all eight themes and eight languages, automation and analytics, with a small "powered by" line on the mini-site. Pro is €29 a month flat for unlimited venues and removes that line.

Is the €29 per venue?

No. It is one flat price for the whole workspace, however many venues you run. A second bar or a fifth hotel costs the same as the first.

Does SilverQR take payments or a commission on orders?

No, and it never will. Guests can send an order to your staff from the menu they scanned, but SilverQR takes no payment, holds no card details and is not a party to the sale. There is no commission and no fee per order.

Does the menu show allergens?

Yes — the 14 allergens EU law requires, plus dietary tags, on every item, in eight languages. Guests can filter the menu by their own allergies, and that filter stays on their phone; it is never sent to the server.

Is there a trial of Pro?

Every new workspace starts with 14 days of Pro and no card. When it ends nothing is deleted — venues keep working; you just cannot add more. Any payment is refundable within 14 days.

Do guests need an app?

No. Guests scan the code on the table or tap the NFC tag and the menu opens in their browser. Staff manage it from the dashboard in theirs.
