About

# Built on conviction, not capital.

Royal Softworks is a European enterprise software company. We build AI infrastructure, secure file sharing, and document intelligence that runs entirely on your hardware. One rule: your data belongs to you.

Our position

## We don't build cloud dependencies and call it a feature.

The dominant model in software is to give people a product for free and charge them with their data. We reject that model entirely. Tap below to see why the difference isn't cosmetic.

Royal Softworks

The usual model

You

Royal Softworks

Software that runs on your hardware

- You pay for the software
- You own your data, always
- We profit when it's worth paying for
- That's the whole business model

Who we are

### Europe-based

Headquartered in Europe. Our products are designed with European privacy law as a baseline, not an afterthought. GDPR is our floor, not our ceiling.

### No venture capital

We are fully self-funded and privately owned. No investors, no board pressure to monetise your data, no exit strategy that puts growth ahead of integrity.

> “We make money when you find our software worth paying for. That's the only alignment we need.”

Nikola — Founder & CEO, Royal Softworks

What we build

AssistantGeneral On-premise AI assistant. Full LLM inference on your own hardware, no API calls, no data leaving your network.

Privatta Encrypted enterprise file sharing. End-to-end, air-gap capable, zero cloud.

DuplicateDuster Intelligent duplicate file detection and cleanup for enterprise storage environments.

OfficeBrief Local document intelligence and summarisation. Your documents never leave your environment.

### A small team with a clear mandate.

We are not trying to become the next unicorn. We are building tools we believe in, for organisations that take privacy seriously.
